Using a combination of software and hardware we can proceed to machine from a wide variety of import formats. These can be files from popular Illustrating packages. As well, we accept common interchange formats, such as *.dxf, *.ai, *.iges, etc. These files can be sent to us via e-mail.

Our four C.N.C. machines have a capacity of 20" ( 500mm ) longitudinally, by 14" ( 355mm ) in depth, and 16 " ( 400mm ) in height. Maximum diameter possible on a rotary axis is 13" ( 330mm ). Our C.N.C. machines are predominantly equipped with high speed spindles which can attain speeds of up to 60000 r.p.m.

We currently have two producing seats of a leading Cad-Cam package.

Our conventional facilities include a complete tool room with milling machines,lathes,pantographs,grinders,metrology and inspection equipment.

We also feature extensive E.D.M. capabilities with our two die sinking E.D.M. machines which are both equipped with digital readouts as well as 36 amp power supplies. Tank size for both machines is approximately 20" x 32".
